Welcome to my blog.

Here I am going to write about things that make life worth living. The beautiful,uplifting, life affirming,life enhancing things. The world is full of them, yet so much of the media focusses upon the ugly, the cynical,the soul destroying, so I’m going to focus on lovely things instead. There will be music, art, literature,the things of nature and science that are invariably beautiful and awe inspiring. Above all I will talk about faith – without which, I believe, life is not worth living. I am a Christian, in fact I am a professional,but I’m not the sort who talks about hell all the time (or indeed, at all). I believe the Christian Gospel is all about new life for all, about joining in God’s great party to which all are invited and at which all will arrive – eventually. I’m not interested in keeping people out who are not like me,or who don’t worship in the same way as me,or who picture God a different way than I do. I’m about opening doors, flinging open windows, turning on the lights and letting in the fresh air – because thats what I believe God is interested in. He, above all things, is beautiful, life giving, life affirming and joy giving, and everything else that is like that comes from him. So have a good day – and keep smiling!
